I am trying to buy a PP ,But when I'm clicking on 'buy now' nothing is happennig?
When you click on 'buy now', a popup window should be open.
Please check your browser setting for not blocking popups windows when you are in the buying process.
I've bought a Player Password, but when I'm trying to login, it says that it doesn't exist. why?
It takes up to 12 hours for the system to activate your Player Password.
Usually, your Player Password will be active after 4 to 5 hours.
I am trying
to login , but it keeps checking for a long time , why ?
When you click on the login
button , the system is checking your details. This process should
take less then 30 seconds.
If it keeps checking ,
it means that there is a connection problem. You should check your
connection , and try to login again later.
Can I download
games ?
At this point, our games
can not be downloaded. But we do have plans to make them available
for downloading in the future.

are minimum requirements, and that upgraded systems will allow the
games to run smoother. Also, faster modems and better connections
(i.e. DSL, ISDN, etc.) will shorten the loading times considerably.
